Miranda Lambert got hitched! On Valentines Day, the country songstress made a special announcement that she has found the love of her life and has married him.
She reveals a snippet of her wedding on an Instagram post late Saturday afternoon, the 16th of February. The post reads:
“In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full. Thank you Brendan Mcloughlin for loving me for…. me.”
This is her second time getting married. She once tied the knot to fellow country star Blake Shelton. They divorced in July of 2015. Afterward, she dated singer-songwriter Anderson East, but have reportedly split up in February of 2018.

The 35-year-old superstar’s new man is revealed to be a former cop from the New York Police Department back in 2015. Celebrity magazine People reports that Brendan McLoughlin was appointed to the NYPD back in 2013 and is now currently assigned to the Midtown South Precinct.
And, McLoughlin isn’t too shabby with work either! He was recently praised for his work at the NYPD. Last March, the official Twitter account for the NYPD’s Midtown South precinct applauded the 28-year-old officer for apprehending a “perpetrator in a bank robbery in progress.” The tweet read:
“This week these fine officers showed what we do best in #Midtown,” the tweet read, alongside a picture of McLoughlin smiling while in uniform. “PO McLoughlin apprehended perpetrator in a bank robbery in progress & PO Donato had a pick up arrest of a truck burglary closing out several open complaints. Job well done guys!! #ItsWhatWeDo #NYPDprotecting.”
It seems that he’s definitely a catch! And, it’s no doubt that he keeps Lambert happy. Congrats to the happy couple!
