Lyrics Breakdown

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.

When we say we turn our eyes upon Jesus, it means we focus more on Him. The words mentioned above are reminders to set our eyes to Him in all matters. If we allow Jesus to enter our lives, it means we trust and believe Him. His promise and unconditional love are what keeps us going.

As one of His children, the best gift we can give is to worship and glorify Him. Let us continue to serve Him after all the sacrifices He has done for us. Our disappointments and struggles should not be the reasons to stop believing in Him. Never be afraid of what life will bring us tomorrow, remember that we have the master of everything. When in doubt, learn to pray harder because that is the only way to release the pain that is inside our hearts.
