Troy Seals and Max D. Barnes were the songwriters behind the words and lyrics of “Who’s Gonna Fill Their Shoes.” It was recorded and released by George Jones in 1985 under his album of the same name. The song reached the top at No.3 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

He learned how to play banjo, too. He formerly played with his brother and a friend in a band plainly of Bluegrass Country songs.

In December 2014, Pitney released his very first single “Country.” The song received positive feedback from country music enthusiasts. It is also Pitney’s facade to the heart of the listeners.

Furthermore, Mo Pitney brings back the legacy of Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, and George Jones as well as the real country soul of George Strait, Allan Jackson, Randy Travis, and other credible country artists.
