Wallen’s “You Proof” is definitely going to be a timeless track and country favorite. It came as no surprise as the song features what country music loves the most – getting over someone and drowning one’s heartbreak with alcohol.

2. Something In The Orange by Zach Bryan

Meanwhile, Bryan follows with “Something In The Orange,” a strolling heartbreak ballad he wrote himself. It has since become his most recognizable hit song, even helping him take the No. 1 position on the Billboard Top Songwriters chart in mid-2022.

3. Wasted On You by Morgan Wallen

Here’s another song by Wallen that’s reigning in the charts and hearts of country music fans. “Wasted On You” was a clear standout from his sophomore record Dangerous: The Double Album. It undoubtedly became a fan favorite rather quickly.

4. The Kind of Love We Make by Luke Combs

Combs dipped his toes into a steamy country ballad, and the fans are giving their hundred percent approval. “The Kind of Love We Make” is actually Combs’ first “bedroom song,” and it debuted at No. 18 on Billboard Country Airplay chart – making it his second-highest debut.

5. She Had Me At Heads Carolina by Cole Swindell

Since the song’s release off Swindell’s fourth studio album, Stereotype, it has been a favorite among fans, adoring how it tips its hat to Jo Dee Messina’s 1996 debut hit, “Heads Carolina, Tails California.”

6. Thank God by Kane Brown with Katelyn Brown

Fans of the country music couple have long wanted the two to perform a song together — and they just got their wish granted in this romantic duet off Kane Brown’s third studio album, Different Man.

7. Fall In Love by Bailey Zimmerman

While you may think this is another love ballad on the list – well, it’s actually a heartbreaking song about a man whose former lover left him for some rich man. It’s something a lot of people could definitely relate to.

8. Wait In The Truck by HARDY Featuring Lainey Wilson

Hardy and Lainey Wilson have brought a dramatic tale of domestic violence and vigilante justice in this murder ballad – and it’s just currently getting everyone’s attention.

9. Rock And A Hard Place by Bailey Zimmerman

Meanwhile, Zimmerman finds himself between two equally difficult choices as he chronicles a relationship that began strong but eventually ended badly damaged.

10. What My World Spins Around by Jordan Davis

Davis, on the other hand, recognizes how his life transformed since he got married and grew the family to four in “What My World Spins Around.” The song truly captures his sense of commitment.

It’s amazing how this hit song came to life from a simple conversation with country singer Josh Thompson during a tour. It tells the story of a man who wants to drink alcohol rather than attend to his daily chores.

12. Don’t Come Lookin’ by Jackson Dean

This stomping, guitar-streaked tune has been released as the lead single off Dean’s debut album and features a theme that he knew firsthand. It’s about getting away, following your path, and savoring the freedom of the road.

13. Son Of A Sinner by Jelly Roll

Now, this country-rock-leaning track finds Jelly Roll reflecting on his edgy lifestyle – describing his emotional battle against drinking, smoking, and popping pills, especially considering how many times he has failed to overcome such habits.

14. Whiskey On You by Nate Smith

Smith chose the longtime favorite theme in the genre, and that’s resorting to whiskey to drown the memory of a painful and terrible breakup. But he eventually realized no drinking would bring his woman back, so he decided not “to waste another drop of whiskey” on her.

15. Thought You Should Know by Morgan Wallen

Wallen did it again, scoring his fourth No. 1 debut on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart! “Thought You Should Know” is actually Wallen’s tribute to his mother, which he co-wrote with country star Miranda Lambert.
