Heart of Gold: Taylor Swift Donates $113,000 & Gives Heartwarming Gift to Fan

Superstar Taylor Swift proves that she has a huge heart of gold. She has donated $113,000 to the Tennessee Equality Project, and she sent flowers to a fan.

The Tennessee Equality Project is an LGBTQ+ advocacy group led by Chris Sanders. The advocacy group has been fighting a series of bills in the state, including one that permits adoption agencies to discriminate against same-sex couples based on religious beliefs, among others.

Sanders posted a heartwarming photo on their official Facebook page about how the organization feels “honored” for the gift and shared a handwritten note sent by the star.

She sees our struggle in Tennessee and continues to add her voice with so many good people, including religious leaders, who are speaking out for love in the face of fear. Tennessee Equality Project is honored and grateful to reveal Taylor Swift has made a donation of $113,000 to support our efforts at this critical moment.

Flowers are the Best Medicine

Swiftie Lindsay Sizemore was in a serious car crash on the 31st of March. She admits on Twitter that she was not wearing a seatbelt, and her airbag didn’t deploy, so Sizemore ended up with a broken back, neck, leg, finger, and 11 broken ribs.

After a lot of initial complications from her initial surgery that resulted in a collapsed lung, Sizemore’s spirits were immediately lifted when she received a much-needed act of kindness from her favorite superstar. Swift had sent her a handwritten letter and a floral arrangement.

In an interview with E! News, she expressed her initial shock and her gratitude over the gesture.

“I never in a million years expected to receive flowers from her. “I don’t know how she even knew of me or me being in a neck brace or a bad car accident. She’s like a magical fairy godmother.She has helped me so much through the past 11 years with her music. She’s helped me through heartbreaks, when my world had fallen apart and she’s also made good days better with her music.”
