Karley Scott Collins Shuts Down Rumors She’s Dating Keith Urban and Sets the Record Straight

Karley Scott Collins addresses headlines as she shuts down rumors linking her romantically to Keith Urban after his divorce.

Karley Scott Collins is done playing nice with the rumor mill and just slammed the door shut on whispers that she and Keith Urban are anything more than tourmates.

In the fast-spinning world of country music gossip, it did not take long for the wildfire to start once Keith Urban finalized his divorce from Nicole Kidman. Less than a month after the split papers were signed, the internet was buzzing with claims that Urban had moved in with rising star Karley Scott Collins. The rumors came in hot, but Collins did not flinch. Instead, she fired back with a no-nonsense Instagram post that made her position crystal clear.

“Yall, this is absolutely RIDICULOUS and untrue,” the 26-year-old singer wrote, adding a laughing emoji for good measure. The headline she shared read “Keith Urban moved in with GF Karley Scott Collins,” and she wasted no time throwing that speculation straight in the trash.

To be fair, it is not hard to see why the rumor caught fire. Collins opened for Urban on his “High and Alive” tour last year, and the two clearly had professional chemistry. She is young, talented, and on the rise. He is a country music icon rebuilding after a very public split. Toss in a few paparazzi photos or out-of-context whispers, and you have got a tabloid storm. But according to Collins, that narrative is pure fiction.

Urban has also been linked to his guitarist, Maggie Baugh, since the divorce news broke, but that rumor did not last long either. Country singer Alexandra Kay, a close friend of Baugh’s, squashed it on the “Taste of Country” podcast. She said it was absolutely not true. She explained that Maggie already has a boyfriend, is very happy, and has nothing to do with that whole relationship. Another dead end for the gossip hounds.

The truth is that Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman were living separate lives long before the divorce was made official. Reports say they had been separated since June 2025, and it was Nicole who ultimately filed the papers. Sources claimed she was trying to save the marriage, but Urban had already made peace with moving on. After 19 years together and two daughters named Sunday and Faith, the couple quietly ended things without any messy courtroom battles.

Their divorce settlement was unusually clean. There was no child support, no spousal support, and an amicable custody agreement that gives Kidman primary time with the girls and Urban visitation every other weekend. While the world watched and speculated, the former couple kept things classy.

Now Urban is channeling his energy into music. Rumors suggest he is working on a breakup album in Nashville, something that could shine a light on his side of the story. But until that music drops, all eyes seem to be on who he might be dating, and Collins is tired of being part of that conversation.

Karley Scott Collins is not here for clickbait. She is focused on her music, her fans, and her future. If there is one thing country artists know how to do, it is tell their own truth. And Collins just told hers loud and clear.

So let the record show once and for all. Karley Scott Collins is not dating Keith Urban. She is not living with him, not playing sidekick in some post-divorce drama, and not entertaining any more tall tales. She has got songs to write and stages to play, and she is leaving the rumors in the dust where they belong.
