They said what they said.
Jason Aldean and Brittany Aldean are not here to please everyone, and they’re just fine with that. The couple recently appeared at Turning Point USA’s annual AmericaFest in Phoenix, and they took the stage to share exactly why they’ve decided to be loud, proud, and unapologetic about their conservative beliefs. If there’s one thing the Aldeans don’t do, it’s sugarcoat their stance to fit in.
Brittany made it clear from the jump. She’s bold, outspoken, and unbothered by the backlash that comes with sharing her views in today’s ultra-divided culture. And it turns out, she and Jason had a heart-to-heart at home where they made the call to be 100 percent real about where they stand.
She told the crowd, “I just don’t really care what people think, which I think is a characteristic that the Lord gave me and knew that I was going to be in this position, honestly. I’m just used to people criticizing us, criticizing everything that we do.”
And instead of running from that criticism, the Aldeans leaned in. One day in the kitchen, they had a conversation that changed everything. Brittany explained, “Me and Jason were like, ‘Okay, we feel this way. We know so many people do, but a lot of people are afraid to speak out or lose their job, lose their career, maybe a record deal.’ So is this something that because of the position we’re in, we’re going to just full steam ahead and talk about it?”

And that is exactly what they did. They decided to speak for the people who feel like they can’t. They made a choice to use their platform to represent those who are scared to lose their voice or their livelihood by standing up for what they believe. And like Brittany said, if you’re with them, “Let’s get on this train together.”
Jason, for his part, backed up every word. He said what they are doing isn’t about stirring the pot. It’s about standing tall in their truth, especially as Christians in a culture that often tries to silence them.
“I think we live in a country now where a lot of times if you’re a Christian, you’re made to feel like that’s a bad thing, which is just not the way either one of us was raised,” Jason said. “It’s not how we feel.”
He knows people are watching. As one of the most recognizable names in country music, Jason understands the weight of his platform. But instead of shying away, he leans into it. He said, “I just feel like when you’re in the situation we’re in, you kind of have this obligation to speak out when you hear and see things that just don’t seem right.”
Jason made it simple. “You can think we’re cr𝐚zy. You don’t have to agree with it. That’s fine. But this is how we feel and you’re not going to tell us any different.”

Love them or hate them, the Aldeans are standing firm, and they aren’t about to apologize for it. Their confidence in their beliefs is exactly what continues to earn them respect and loyalty from fans who share the same values.
With AmericaFest 2025 completely sold out and packed with speakers like Rob Schneider, Danica Patrick, and Nate Smith, one thing is for sure. The Aldeans didn’t just show up to say a few words. They showed up to lead the charge.
Say what you want, but Jason and Brittany Aldean are riding full throttle and taking their fans with them.
