Here Are The Top Bluegrass Albums For December 2023

Willie Nelson’s Bluegrass is leading the top Bluegrass albums for December 2023. Many fans are really enjoying his first full album of bluegrass music featuring a band of talented musicians and twelve songs from his immense catalog refashioned to sound more like resonant Appalachian music. The album is actually a nominee for the Best Bluegrass Album category in the upcoming 66^th Annual Grammy Awards.

Sitting in the second spot is Billy Strings with his album Me / And / Dad, which has been a favorite of many listeners for a couple of months. In this album, Strings teamed up with none other than his dad, Terry Barber, to make a proper studio album composed of fourteen classics the duo know like the back of their hands. These are actually songs Strings’ dad taught him as a kid and that they played together for years.
