Behind The Song

Written by Jelly Roll alongside Rob Ragosta, Joe Ragosta, and Austin Nivarel, “Need A Favor” tells the story of a man who hits a spiritual realization the moment he finds himself about to lose the most important person in his life. With little to no options, he turned to God for some help.

However, as he folds his hand and bows his head, he confesses how he only reaches out to the Almighty when needing something from him and acknowledges he doesn’t deserve any favor. He understands he must change his ways to gain the favor he’s praying for.
