With the 2019 Billboard Music Awards nipping at our heels, everyone is gearing up for it. Host Kelly Clarkson is slated to perform, as well as other country superstars, the event would surely be a night to remember.
Performances
Country duo Dan + Shay are slated to perform their hit song “Speechless.” The duo is set to pick up seven Billboard nominations, including the coveted all-genre nods in the Top Duo/Group category and Chart Achievement. Dan + Shay are also scheduled to perform in collaboration with Tori Kelly.
Other performers includes Clarkson herself, the Jonas Brothers, Khalid, Madonna and Maluma, Lauren Daigle, Sam Smith with Normani, Panic! at the Disco, BTS, Ciara, Halsey and Mariah Carey. Carey will also receive the 2019 Icon Award.
Clarkson will host the awards show at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on the 1st of May at 8 PM ET/PT on NBC.
