2019 Billboard Music Awards Recap: The Night and its Winners

The 2019 Billboard Music Awards was a night of glitz and glamour. With all the hottest celebrities gracing the red carpet, as well as explosive star-studded performances and collaborations, the night certainly was one of the most exciting ones to date.

Hosted by Kelly Clarkson, the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas lit up as acts such as Dan + Shay, Taylor Swift, and Clarkson herself joined an esteemed ensemble to deliver jaw-dropping performances.

Rapper Drake has certainly broken records that night. Officially becoming the most decorated artist when it comes to the Billboard Music Awards, he brought home a whopping 12 awards, including top artist, which brings his overall total to 27 awards.

Taylor Swift is officially back with an explosive opening. Teaming up with Brendon Urie from Panic! at the Disco, she delivers an amazing performance of her newest hit “ME!”

Tori Kelly‘s collaboration with Dan + Shay was also something to be reckoned with. The trio amped up the romantic vibes when the song was arranged to fit all their vocals. The song gave even more chills!

All in all, the night was an amazing one!
