Jenee Fleenor first won the award in 2019, breaking Mac McAnally’s two-year streak, and became the first woman and first fiddle player to do so in over 20 years. And she has held the title for four consecutive years now.

The 56th annual CMA Awards was broadcasted live on ABC from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning served as hosts.
