Upon arriving at the $2.4 million home that Pickler shared with her husband of 12 years, Kyle Jacobs, police found Jacobs in an upstairs room with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his death is being investigated as an apparent suicide.
Kyle Jacobs was a songwriter and producer who had collaborated with country music artists such as Lee Brice, Eli Young Band, and Raleigh Keegan.
