The Combs family just got a little bigger and a lot sweeter.

Luke Combs and his wife, Nicole, have welcomed their third child, another baby boy, officially making them a party of five. The couple announced Thursday, February 19, 2026, that their son, Chet Wiley Combs, had arrived, sharing the joyful news in a joint Instagram post.

“Happy due date to the littlest Combs BOY! We’ve loved soaking up these last few weeks of newborn snuggles 🥰,” they wrote alongside a carousel of photos introducing their newest addition. The images, photographed by @laremkephoto, captured several tender moments, including older brothers Tex Lawrence and Beau Lee gazing at their baby brother with wide-eyed curiosity. In one especially heart-melting snapshot, baby Chet tightly wrapped his tiny hand around Nicole’s finger.

Nicole later reshared the post to her Instagram Story, adding, “The little HAND, you really do forget how small they are.”

The couple did not disclose Chet’s exact birth date, but noted he arrived weeks before his due date, explaining why they had already been soaking up newborn time. Fans began speculating earlier this month when Luke unexpectedly pulled out of his scheduled Madden Bowl performance during Super Bowl weekend. He later addressed his absence on Instagram, writing, “Sorry to miss y’all at Madden Bowl, but family always comes first. Have a great time.” Zach Bryan stepped in to headline the event instead.

Nicole also fueled speculation when she shared a photo of baby bottles on her Instagram Story with the caption, “Back at it again.”

Luke and Nicole first announced they were expecting in September 2025 with a sweet family video featuring Tex and Beau reacting to Nicole’s sonogram. “Third time’s a charm! Baby #3 coming this winter,” they wrote at the time. The clip, set to Luke’s song “Days Like These,” showed the boys lighting up at the news.

This pregnancy marked a change for the couple. After hosting gender reveal celebrations for Tex and Beau, they decided to keep the gender a surprise this time. During a social media question and answer session, Nicole told fans she wished they had waited with their first two children as well.

“We don’t care what we have,” she explained. “Happy and healthy is always the goal.”

Luke had joked during the pregnancy that he thought the baby might be a girl, while Nicole said she had a strong feeling it was another boy. In the end, Nicole’s instinct proved right.

Luke, 35, has often spoken about how much fatherhood means to him. He and Nicole married in southern Florida in August 2020 and became parents for the first time on Father’s Day in June 2022 when Tex was born. “Welp he decided that Fathers Day would be a good time to show up. I couldn’t agree more,” Luke wrote at the time. “Me and Nicole are over the moon in love with this little guy. Mama and baby are healthy and we’re back home now with family. Life is good.”

Their second son, Beau, arrived in August 2023, and Luke has credited his children as the inspiration behind his 2024 album Fathers & Sons. He previously shared that he wanted his boys to look back one day and know that even at the height of his career, they remained his top priority.

With the arrival of baby Chet Wiley, that commitment feels stronger than ever. As Luke continues balancing stadium tours and chart-topping hits, it is clear that home remains where his heart is.

Three boys under four years old means life is about to get even louder in the Combs household. But judging by those newborn snuggles and proud big brother smiles, this growing family would not have it any other way.
