This isn’t looking good! For either of them! Carrie Underwood reportedly turned down a special invite to Kelly Clarkson‘s newest talk show. This move is definitely fueling the flames that there is indeed a feud going on between the two blonde songstresses.

Is Carrie Underwood Really Feuding with Kelly Clarkson?

An insider with RadarOnline tells the website that Clarkson “was furious” when Underwood rejected the invitation.

“There were no explanations or niceties — and Carrie’s people just turned Kelly down flat! Kelly was furious!”

Apparently, it might have gotten under Underwood’s skin that Clarkson got a to be a coach on NBC’s hit show The Voice.

“Carrie was jealous Kelly got a coaching gig on The Voice that she thought should’ve been hers. And Kelly’s always been jealous that Carrie’s the bestselling idol to come out of Idol.”

The insider added that the feud has been going on privately, even though they are cordial with each other in public!

The rumors of the feud between the two American Idol winners have been burning since last year and people can’t help but ask if they are really on good terms.

In June of 2018, the two women posed together for pictures on the red carpet for the year’s Radio Disney Music Awards.

And following the event, Clarkson told Entertainment Tonight that taking photos was her way of trying to shut down any rumors about their non-existent feud.

“Everybody always tries to pit me and Carrie against each other. So, when I saw her I was like, ‘You know what? Let’s just end this right now and get a picture together because we are never in the same place.’ And, like, it never happens. And people always try to put it together like we’re enemies. And I’m like, ‘We don’t even know each other well enough to be enemies.’ So, anyway, I went to get a picture and then everybody lost their mind.”
