Yes, we believe that this is one of the best ways to listen to any music nowadays. You just need to plug in your headphones and voila! You are immediately transferred to a live concert of any artist without moving an inch (or paying concert fees for that matter).

Let us dive into the world of 8D tunes.

What is 8D tunes?

8D tunes basically mean 8-dimensional tunes. If you are a big fan of 3D movies, you can easily understand the whole concept of 8D music. Get a headphone and try one right now to understand what I am saying.

A lot of people are commenting that it feels like the singer is running around their head. That is where the dimensional concept comes in. When you watch a 3D movie, you get to feel the ‘depth’ of the scene. It is like the actors are in front of you. For 8D tunes, the song is remastered by anyone who has a laptop and has a lot of knowledge with audio technology. Apparently, anyone can do it as long as you have the right equipment. Thus, a lot of YouTube accounts are now posting songs that are turned into 8D music.

It is a good thing that content creators are very inclusive of all genre. When the new wave of 8D music was released, it only catered to popular music. Now, it has tons of country music as well, and they are usually from contemporary artists such as Luke Combs and Dan + Shay. Country legends such as Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, and John Denver also have their own 8D versions, but only because they are one of country music’s biggest star.

Interestingly, when you do a quick YouTube search of 8D music: country, the first thing that appears is that of John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads.”
