A country heartthrob with a guitar and a slow drawl just crushed hearts all across Nashville.
Riley Green, the Alabama native known for cranking out love songs that will make you blush and bootscootin’ ballads that will break your heart, has finally cleared the air on the one question fans will not quit asking. Is he single? According to the man himself, yes ma’am, he sure is.
“I’m not dating anyone,” Green admitted during a recent interview with Westwood One’s Bev Rainey. Then, with a grin that could sell out stadiums, he added, “I find out who I’m dating weekly on social media.”
That little jab at the rumor mill comes after a string of supposed romances and speculation that has followed the singer since he first hit the country scene. Whether it is red carpet appearances, duet partners, or cozy Instagram tags, Riley’s love life has been under the spotlight just as much as his music. But the truth is that he is riding solo and not in any rush to change it.
It all started back when fans swore something was sparking between him and Ella Langley. The two had undeniable chemistry in their 2024 hit “You Look Like You Love Me,” and their playful video for “Don’t Mind If I Do” only added fuel to the fire. But Green insists it was just good music and good fun.
“Me and Ella have two giant songs together, and I think fans want to believe that what you are singing about is real,” he explained. And sure, we all love a good country couple fantasy, but in this case, it is just two friends lighting up the charts.
Then came the Megan Moroney saga. Fans linked them after both were spotted in St. Barts and shared suspiciously similar vacation photos. Shark diving, fishing, and sunsets were enough to send social media into overdrive. Moroney even posted a TikTok rocking what fans swore was Riley’s hat. But once again, Riley swatted away the rumors.
“Single,” he said plain as day on the “In the Blind” podcast. When pressed further, he simply added, “Pretty damn.”
So what about the mystery woman he brought to the 2025 CMAs, Bryana Ferringer? She might have turned heads sitting next to him, but according to Green, it was nothing more than a friendly plus-one situation. “It is gonna be tough to tiptoe out of having a date to an award show,” he told Elaina Smith with a chuckle. “We had a nice time.”
Look, Riley is no stranger to love songs and sweet melodies. His recent steamy single “Worst Way” has been setting speakers on fire and landed on just about every country summer playlist worth its salt. But that does not mean he is living out the lyrics in real life. In fact, he has made it clear that with the pace of touring, writing, and chasing the next hit, a relationship would take a real special someone, and right now, he has not found her yet.
Riley Green has been linked to several ladies, from influencers to fellow singers, but he is not settling down just to quiet the chatter. He is focusing on the music, the fans, and maybe a little peace and quiet when he gets off the road.
So, if you have been wondering if Riley is writing love songs from experience or just pure imagination, the answer is somewhere in the middle. And until the right cowgirl comes along to change his tune, Riley Green is happily unattached and still the most eligible bachelor in country music.
Ladies, keep those boots polished because you never know.
