Today marks the 2019 E! People Choice’s Awards and we would like to congratulate all our lucky winners, who shined on this event! The ceremony took place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.

The E! People’s Choice Awards is an event wherein fans get the chance to vote for their favorite artists across the entertainment and pop culture. The category includes film, television, music, and more.

Blake Shelton Won Country Artist of the Year

First of all, we would like to congratulate Blake Shelton for winning the Country Artist of the Year. Kudos to you Blake! The other nominees for Country Artist include Carrie Underwood, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini​, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Maren Morris, and Thomas Rhett.

Out of the 8 nominees, Blake Shelton stunned the most. Indeed, these nominated artists are all good and successful singers.

Blake Tollison Shelton professionally known as Blake Shelton is one of the most influential artists in this industry. He has been in the country genre for over 18 years and until now he continually records many country hits singles and albums. His best known single is “Austin.” This track gave a huge success in his career where this track achieved the number 1 spot for Billboard Hot Country Singles chart.

Now, he has already charted 33 hit singles including 24 number 1 hits. In addition, Shelton is also known for his role as a judge on the televised singing competitions such as Nashville Star, Clash of the Choirs, and The Voice.  He has been on The Voice since its inception and has been in six seasons (2-4, 7, 11, and 13). His group also won in this competition.

Back then, he began singing at an early age and by the of 12, he was taught how to play guitar. 3 years after, he penned his own song. Years later, he became successful and became one of the most popular artists in the country music industry.
