Fans eagerly waiting for the fifth season of Yellowstone were teased with the release of the Western series’ teaser trailer during MTV’s Video Music Awards. While it was only fifteen seconds long, it did everything it needed to arouse intrigue. Some hardcore fans even found pertinent morsels.

The recently released teaser starts with a warning by none other than the patriarch of the powerful Dutton Family. “We’ll show the world who we are… and what we do,” Kevin Costner‘s John Dutton portentously said.

His narration was followed by flashes of some of his family members, including Wes Bentley as Jamie Dutton and Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton. And then there’s a clip of Cole Hauser as Rip Wheeler brandishing his shotgun.

In the end, the teaser promises fans that “all will be revealed.”

The Western Drama Is Only Getting Bigger

The fifth season of Yellowstone will also feature the return of other cast members, including Josh Lucas as young John Dutton. There are also newcomers for the future batch of episodes, such as Lainey Wilson.

It will kick off on November 13 with a two-hour premiere event. So, to make the wait sweet, you can indulge yourself in a series marathon of old episodes beginning on Friday of Labor Day weekend on the Paramount Network, starting at 11 AM each day of that weekend.

Truly, Yellowstone has since grown into a titan of television, becoming cable’s highest-rated show with its fourth season last year. The Season 4 premiere alone actually gathered over fourteen million total viewers.

And it’s only getting bigger! Earlier this year, Paramount Network announced that the hit series would be getting a prequel that will star Harrison Ford and Helen Miren. Fans can’t help but get even more excited.

But in the meantime, here’s the teaser for the hotly anticipated Yellowstone Season 5 for you to enjoy. It’s such a true tease!
