On Monday, July 15, 2024, country singer Morgan Wallen surprised his fans by returning to social media after almost a month of hiatus. During the last week of May, he deactivated his Instagram and Facebook profiles.

During that time, no explanation was given to the general public for his sudden break, which left fans to speculate that the singer must have something up his sleeves that everyone should look forward to—and it seems like they were right since Morgan did just drop out of one of the biggest announcements of the year.

In his Instagram post, he announces that he will be playing at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee, for his 2024 One Night at a Time Tour, which will happen around the end of September this year.

Growing up in Tennessee, Neyland Stadium is quite closer to Morgan’s heart than most people think.

As a proud East Tennessean, Morgan often showcases his hometown pride through his songs. Now that he can finally perform in one of the biggest stadiums in their hometown, he did mention that he can finally cross out one stage he has been dreaming of performing on from his bucket list.

With over 410,000 likes on Instagram as of July 17, 2024, it is obvious that this will be one of the biggest events in country music this year. In addition to the concert, the earnings Morgan will get from this concert will support the Morgan Wallen Foundation, which will be used for his philanthropic efforts.

So if you don’t want to miss out on some big announcements for the upcoming event, you can follow Morgan Wallen’s Instagram @morganwallen to keep updated.
