Country hitmaker Mark Chesnutt has had to move his show at the Williams Auditorium in Henderson, Tennessee – which was supposed to happen on Friday (November 3) – to a later date. The official website of the venue says they will let fans and attendees know the new date for the concert “very soon.”
Chesnutt is set to perform his next show on Thursday (November 9) at the Haute Spot in Cedar Park, Texas. It is unclear if the said show will be impacted, as the Texas native is currently undergoing medical assessment in hospital.
Mark Chesnutt Has Been Admitted To A Local Hospital
A post from Mark Chesnutt’s social media account confirmed that the “I Just Wanted You To Know” singer was admitted to a local hospital on Wednesday (November 1). Chesnutt and his wife Tracy also took the opportunity to thank everyone for the “outpouring of love, prayers, and support.”
“Mark is looking forward to seeing everyone soon,” the message reads.
People on social media rushed to the comment section to share well wishes, prayers, and supportive words with Chesnutt. A number of artists, including Jake Owen, Sawyer Brown Band, and Mark Willis, also expressed their support for the country singer.
Fans grew worried about Chesnutt’s health earlier in the week when a Facebook post, initially posted to his account but was quickly removed, mentioned that the country singer was in a critical care unit. The post stated that Chesnutt was in stable condition at the time of posting but is undergoing various medical tests to determine the source of his health problems. This post is no longer available.
We wish the honky-tonk legend a speedy recovery and good health! Get well soon!
