If the Duck Dynasty family wasn’t already stacked with adorable chaos and Sunday dinner photo ops, it definitely is now. Korie Robertson just introduced the world to grandbaby number nine, and let’s just say, this one came wrapped in pink with a name that screams both tradition and tenderness.

Sadie Robertson Huff and husband Christian welcomed baby girl Kit Carroway Huff on August 1, adding a third little lady to their already-busy household. And judging by the photos Korie posted, big sisters Honey and Haven are wasting no time stepping into their new roles. Matching “Big Sister” dresses? Check. Homemade welcome-home signs? You bet. That perfect mix of Louisiana charm and reality TV-ready sweetness? Always.

Korie’s Instagram carousel had all the heart you’d expect from a woman who’s watched her duck call empire grow into a legacy of love and laughter. One shot shows Honey cradling Kit like she’s been waiting her whole life for this gig, while another captures Haven smiling like she just got handed a popsicle for breakfast. “Seeing Honey and Haven jump into big sister mode has been the cutest,” Korie wrote, clearly wrapped around their tiny fingers.

She went on to call Honey “such a little mama,” noting how seriously she takes her duties, making sure baby Kit is properly armed with a stuffed animal, a pacifier, and a blanket before handing her back. Haven? Just vibing as usual. “Happy Havey,” Korie called her, grinning her way through the adventure.

In a follow-up post that somehow managed to be even sweeter, Korie called the whole experience “the best weekend ever” and praised Sadie for her strength during labor. There’s something about moms watching their daughters become moms that hits different, and Korie said exactly what most grandmas feel but can’t quite put into words. “There’s truly nothing like watching your daughter give birth to a daughter,” she wrote. And for the record, she’s now done that three times. That’s not just a full heart, that’s full-on legacy mode.

As for the baby’s name, Korie spilled a few behind-the-scenes details while leaving room for Sadie to tell the whole story. Kit, meaning “bearing Christ” or “pure,” is steeped in faith, while Carroway honors both Sadie’s middle name and the maiden name of Miss Kay, the family matriarch. “Such a sweet legacy wrapped into one tiny girl,” Korie wrote. And with that kind of name power, baby Kit might be cradling duck calls and baby dolls before she can even walk.

Willie Robertson, always the guy to lighten the moment, chimed in with his own kind of charm. “Grandbaby number nine, life is good,” he wrote, before throwing in the most on-brand line of all, “Good thing Christian’s better at making babies than shooting a bow.” Classic Willie.

Sadie and Christian have been married since 2019, and their life together has become a mix of young love, faith, and down-home family values that somehow still feel relatable, even with cameras rolling. Their new home, which fans got a glimpse of on Duck Dynasty: The Revival, sits near Sadie’s childhood stomping grounds in Monroe, Louisiana, and yes, it’s exactly the kind of place you’d expect to raise three daughters with names fit for storybooks.

The revival’s first season just wrapped, and now with Season 2 in production, don’t be surprised if Kit’s debut ends up part of the next storyline. It’s reality TV, Robertson-style, which means it’s messy, heartfelt, and way too charming to look away from.

With Kit Carroway Huff now in the mix, the next generation of the Robertson clan just got stronger, louder, and even more full of love. Let the wild and sweet times roll.
