However, the title sparked confusion by one of John Prine‘s posthumous ballads of the same name. Bryan explained that he wanted to change the song’s title but went with it in the end as the change did not “sit right” with him.
Fans didn’t also know that the Oklahoma native had a blockbuster twist up his sleeve. When he revealed the tracklist of his self-titled album, it was confirmed that the official studio version would feature Kacey Musgraves.
