On Monday (August 28), ESPN’s College GameDay took to social media to announce the exciting news as to who will be the new voices of the much-loved theme song, “Comin’ To Your City” – and these are none other than country stars Darius Rucker and Lainey Wilson, alongside American rock band The Cadillac Three!
It comes after country music duo Big & Rich let fans know they will no longer be returning for the forthcoming College GameDay season.
Big & Rich said that while “it’s been an honor,” it’s “time to pass the torch after 16 incredible years.”

The announcement comes with a short clip that features the artists emphasizing their excitement and expressing what it means to be the voices for the new version of College GameDay’s “Comin’ To Your City.”

On the other hand, The Cadillac Three shared that they always looked forward to ESPN’s College GameDay’s pre-game show whenever they were on tour. In fact, the band revealed that “it’s always on” on their bus.
