Mark Wills and Jamie O’Neal’s Collaboration
In 2001 Mark Wills released his album Loving Every Minute under his record label Mercury Nashville. His album contained twelve tracks originally recorded by him. In this album of his, he collaborated with Australian country singer Jamie O’Neal to record one single from their album. The album Loving Every Minute reached No. 10 on the Billboard Top Country Albums. In addition, it secured the No. 93 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. Wills’ album has two singles that entered the Billboard chart (“Loving Every Minute” and “I’m Not Gonna Do Anything Without You.”)

“I’m Not Gonna Do Anything Without You” is a song written by Randy VanWarmer and Rich Alves. This song was Mark Wills and Jamie O’Neal’s first collaboration together. Their voices perfectly fit this mellow country love song. Moreover, the song placed at No. 31 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
Jamie O’Neal’s Album
Jamie O’Neal included her duet with Mark Wills on her 2000 album Shiver. Her album was released under the same record label as that of Wills. Shiver made it to the US Billboard chart at No. 14. In addition, it reached No. 125 on the Billboard 200 chart. O’Neal charted five songs from her album when she released it as a single. Her songs that entered the chart from her album were “There is No Arizona,” “When I Think About Angels,” “Shiver,” “I’m Not Gonna Do Anything Without You,” and “Frantic.” Two of her singles reached No. 1 (“There Is No Arizona” and “When I Think About Angels.”) Moreover, her album was Gold-certified by RIAA in 2001.
