8 he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove his people’s disgrace from all the earth. The LORD has spoken.
9 In that day they will say, “Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us.
ISAIAH 25 : 8-9
GOOD MORNING Y’ALL!
THE FIRST SIP…
“Nothing in this world is permanent.”
Have you ever had the experience of having to move from one place to the other? Or—to the extremes—been close to being homeless, having to lug all your stuff here, there and all around? Sort of like the Beatles song, “Here, There and Everywhere,” eh. It is really very difficult and neither fun nor funny. Could easily be both tedious and frustrating.
Worse they say is, “To lose your home to fire than your home being burglarized.” True.
While we are going through them rough times in this tough life, it ain’t very easy to get inspired huh. Much easier it is to get discouraged. But—as that old saying goes—“Nothing in this world is permanent.” Again, very true.
THE LAST DROP…
“…this world is just our temporary home.”
But with such things or events or circumstances in our lives, we should not lose hope or give up.
For Our Lord God Almighty had promised us a much better and happier and peaceful place with Him up there in Heaven.
So be steadfast in Keeping in the Faith!
Did you know that during them rough and tough times, He is just there close by our side? We are just too pent up with those problems and struggles we are going through. Too pent up are we that we tend to neglect the fact that HE IS JUST THERE.
With these in mind, we should be reminded that this world is just our temporary home. That with steadfastness, we will all be in a much better place. A place much better and more beautiful. A place beside God, up there in Heaven.
You have just been “… DRINKIN’ FROM A DIXIE…”
May y’all be Safe and Well and…
“MAY THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY BLESS US ALL AND SET US FREE!”
