If y’all haven’t seen it yet, then check out his Facebook video released by the Great Falls MT Police Department that features a country star strolling around town in a cop car talking to an officer. Tracy Byrd rides along with senior police officer Aaron McAdam in a “carpool karaoke” style format and it is beautiful.

All About the Video and Tracy Byrd

The video gives us more of the country star’s humble beginnings with music. Near the start of the video, it tells us about how Tracy Byrd got into music as a child, he tells us about how he would sing along to anything that his parents played on the radio.

He also talks about how he started his career, albeit not directly, but he does describe how his singing gave him more attention and how he used it to start a career. He describes how his musical career didn’t start off immediately as other things came first. He also talks a little bit about his songs and nicknames.

It also gives us an insight into the influence of music on people as officer Aaron McAdam talks about how music was a part of his life and how he appreciated it. The video also sheds light on drunk driving.

The Video follows the popular “carpool karaoke” style as the pair ride around in a cop car and just talking and singing. Tracy Byrd is also doing great in it, answering questions, singing along, being funny, just generally being awesome.

Tracy Byrd, Still An Awesome Singer

Perhaps one of the bigger highlights of the video is the pair singing the first song. When Byrd hit those first notes there were just chills all around. Fans of the country star would have the biggest grin on their faces when hearing “The Keeper of the Stars” being sung years later by the star.
