First of all, we would like to apologize to all of the country fans we have offended a few days ago for posting an article about the great Randy Travis’ DWI video release. Just to clarify, we love Randy Travis the same as you do. Just like you are, we at Country Daily want and wish Randy Travis all the love and the best. We did not post the dashcam video, although the article was about the news of Randy Travis’ shortcomings. Again, we did not post the video of Randy Travis’ arrest because we don’t want to disgrace the great country legend.

We also want to thank everybody for showing their love and support to the one of the voices of country legend, Randy Travis. Not only that, we want to say thank you for the loyal followers of Country Daily. We hope that you keep on following us after committing a mistake of posting a negative article about Randy Travis. God Bless you all.

With that all said and done, after the failed efforts to block the release of DWI arrest video, a federal district judge in Dallas on Friday (Dec 1) ruled in favor of the release of the dash cam video from his 2012 DWI arrest.

Even though he was the one who was disgraced, Randy Travis showed something not everyone will do in his position. He showed love by issuing a statement of apology. This is what the statement reads,

“Randy’s behavior was extremely altered the evening of his arrest due to the state of his mental health, and substances in his body, causing him to do and say things that were entirely out of character. He suffered a severe concussion and sustained numerous other injuries from the crash.”

Despite the apology, Travis is still seeking comeuppance against those he claims mistreated him after the arrest.

“Notwithstanding the release of the tape, Randy and his team will have their day in court regarding the ongoing lawsuit against the State of Texas in relation to the violation of his civil rights.”

In the 2012 incident, the country legend was arrested in his Trans Am. Even though everyone thinks what happened during the arrest was negative, the video shows Randy Travis praying.

“Randy Travis is well-known to be a loving, caring person who is respectful of everyone, a video that shows anything otherwise only underscores that he was absolutely not himself. Randy is deeply apologetic for his actions that evening. A man of integrity with a good heart, Randy does not and will never condone these types of actions that distort the true beliefs of Randy Travis and his entire family.”

Again we would like to apologize to all the people we offended. We don’t we do not intend to harm to the Randy Travis and whatever happens, we will not think less about one of the great voices of country music.
