Live Your Life to the Fullest
Of course, we knew since then that our life is a borrowed one. As such, we can’t get hold of it for infinity. Time will come that we need to hand it back to its originator. That said, it’s but necessary for us to make the most out of life.
Live each day like it’s your last. Spend quality time with your loved ones. Do good things unto others. Forgive those who have done you wrong. Likewise, don’t forget to ask forgiveness from those you’ve upset, be it intentionally done or not. Make others smile with your simple act of kindness. Spare some time to thank the Lord for everything He’s done in your life and for the blessings you’re bestowed with. And anything you can do today, don’t wait for tomorrow before working on it. Remember, tomorrow may never come.
Simply, breathe in happiness. Breathe out love.
If you feel like you’re running out of things to do to make each second worthwhile, you can listen to this jubilant song from Billy Dean entitled “Only Here For A Little While”. Let yourself be magnified by every essence of its lyrics. As the chorus goes,
Gonna hold who needs holdin’
Mend what needs mendin’
Walk what needs walkin’
Though it means an extra mile
Pray what needs prayin’
Say what needs sayin’
Cause we’re only here for a little while
Brief Info About the Song
Songwriters Wayland Holyfield and Richard Leigh wrote the tune that was released in 1990. It is Billy Dean’s second single recorded for his debut album Young Man. Earlier in the following year, the track showed domination over the US Hot Country Songs chart where it spent 22 weeks there. Also, during its chart-reining period, the song peaked at No. 3. Additionally, the song performed even better on the Canada Country Track (RPM) landing at No. 2 at that same time.
