Putting her rigorous exercises aside, LeAnn Rimes has long turned to a mostly-vegan diet, too. Her meals comprise lean proteins such as salmon and chicken as needed, with vegetables as the main course. She even has healthy recipes featured on her lifestyle blog, Soul of EverLe.

Finally, Rimes continues to remind her followers that being healthy and fit isn’t all about the physical body. Maintaining a healthy mind and heart is also very crucial. She prays, meditates and writes her own journal. For the cover model-singer, it’s a matter of finding “the magic combination of what settles you, relaxes you, and makes you happy.” She finds writing as one of the most cathartic things to do. The singer writes letters that convey all the things that she has bottled up inside her, and instead of mailing it, she would burn or erase it. This way, she wouldn’t have to carry around her feelings anymore.
