Kelsea Ballerini Walked the CMA Red Carpet with Hubby, Morgan Evans

Today’s spotlight shines on pop country singer Kelsea Nicole Ballerini or also known as Kelsea Ballerini. We can’t deny the fact that Kelsea rocked the red carpet during the CMA awards show last night. She was seen wearing a hot pink gown designed by Zac Posen. Her simple yet elegant gown came in with cap sleeves. Her hair was styled with a chic short bob that goes with her simple and soft makeup. Ballerini walked the red carpet with her husband, Morgan Evans. The two got married on December 2, 2017. The couple, weeks from now, will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary.

Kelsea did not only look hot in pink, but she was also nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year. Sadly, she was not able to bring home an award. However, it’s fine because Kelsea said that she knows that it’s not yet her time to win in an interview with ABC Radio. Whether Kelsea brought home the trophy or not, we’re still proud of you, girl.

CMA Performance

Aside from being nominated during the CMA’s, Kelsea lit up the stage with her performance of “Miss Me More,” a single from her album Unapologetically. She was accompanied by dancers who performed a well-crafted choreography.

Victoria’s Secret Performance

On November 8, Kelsea performed on Victoria’s Secret show. She performed a duet with the Chainsmokers. The two performed their song, “This Feeling,” on the VS runway which will be air on December 2 at ABC. Kelsea, as always, rocked her performance and shone in her mini gold dress. However, Kelsea was not exempted from internet trolls. She was subject to body-shaming by some Instagram users, telling her to lose weight. In return, Kelsea answered back to one of her trolls.

Indeed, body-shaming is not a good way to express one’s opinion, in any way or any form. Kelsea has got the back of her friends and fellow artists alike, as her response gathered the support of other artists such as Reese Witherspoon, Lucy Hale, and Kane Brown. Way to go, Kelsea!
