But all in all, he has placed a total of sixteen hit songs. Indeed, a massive number for a country singer despite the rivalry in the country music industry. Without a doubt, he will be placing more number one tracks on the said chart.

On the other hand, his other songs to place at number one spot on the Billboard includes “Somebody Like You,” Who Wouldn’t Wanna Be Me,”  “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” “But For the Grace of God,” “Making Memories of Us,” “Better Life,” “Days Go By,” and “You Gonna Fly.” Others are, “Without You,” “We Were Us,” “Start a Band,” Sweet Thing,” “You Look Good in My Shirt,” “Only You Can Love Me This Way,” and “Long Hot Summer.”

You’ll Think of Me…

Darrell Brown, Ty Lacy, and Dennis Matkosky pooled resources for the words and lyrics of “You’ll Think of Me.” Keith Urban recorded it in 2002 and released the single on January 6, 2004. The song was part of his album “Golden Road.”

It placed at the number one spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart on May 8, 2004. It also spent two weeks at number one spot. Meanwhile, it spent a total of twenty-eight weeks on the Billboard chart. Also, the song peaked at number twenty-four on the Billboard Hot 100.

Keith Urban started his career back in 1990. However, his career wasn’t as smooth at first. He wasn’t able to top the charts, but he worked hard to be one of the bests. Then in 1999, the year that started his prominence. He released his self-titled American debut album which includes his very first number one single “But For the Grace of God.” Then, in 2001, he won his very first award as the Top New Male Vocalist Award at the Academy of Country Music Award and Country Music Association Horizon Awards.
