Josh Turner penned the song that’s supposedly a “to-get-married-song.” At the time of composition, he and his wife Jennifer were engaged. With this, he created a song dedicated to their situation, especially for his wife. For all the engaged couples out there and for those who are getting married, the song suits you as it will inspire you as well.
Let’s Find a Church…
Josh Turner, himself, wrote the words and lyrics of “Let’s Find a Church.” He released the song in 2010 under his deluxe edition album “Haywire.” The album also includes his other successful singles “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” “I Wouldn’t Be a Man,” and “All Over Me.” On the other hand, the album has his live versions of “Long Black Train” and “Your Man.”
Moreover, “Let’s Find a Church” was recorded during the “Long Black Train” sessions. Josh Turner would like to include the song on that album. However, it was not part of the album for the reason that there is not enough room. It was then included on his “Haywire” album.
