Released quietly on his official Youtube channel, “Take a Knee, Take a Hike” sprang at the time when everyone needed it the most. Hank Jr. has been saving all his opinions for the song, and everyone has just gotten his point. With its release, he never mentioned a word anywhere nor let his fans be informed. The lyrics of the song just spoke for him.
The Song and its Essence
Dissecting the song, “Take a Knee, Take a Hike” revolves around a highly controversial topic – the NFL National Anthem protest. It’s been an issue that’s been talked about for over two years now.
