Being a female artist sometimes is especially hard if the industry that they choose is dominated by men. But, hell yeah!  “The Redneck Woman”

Gretchen Frances Wilson is an American country music artist who made her debut in 2004. Further, she is a multi-talented singer with 13 singles that dominated the Billboard Country Charts. Thus, her debut single “Redneck Woman” was an outbreak.

Anyway, with her talent, she won a Grammy Award in 2004 encouraging her to record and release more songs. It seems that Gretchen Wilson’s success was unstoppable. In her 2005 song, “All Jacked Up” became the highest-debuting single for a female country artist. Indeed, this woman can shake the rack proving her critics that she can shine and earn a spot in the music industry.  Further, being an artist is not an easy job, they really need to work hard to gain respect from other artists as well.

“Have Fun with Gretchen Wilson”

“Here for the Party” was released in 2004 and was recorded by the country artist Gretchen Wilson. Upon its release, the song reached no. 1 in U.S. Country Charts and no.2 on the Billboard 200 Album Charts. In addition, her success was not complete without the help of her record deal with Epic Records. Before the success of her singles, Wilson was once a bar singer. She got lucky to meet John Rich who opened the door for her singing career.

Gretchen Wilson co-wrote her smashing hit “Here for the Party.” Thus, she wanted to be involved in the creation of her hits. In addition, her song was actually certified gold by the RIAA.

I guess it really did well in the market and it was a job well done. Staying in the limelight in this industry is not easy. But as long as you have the passion and a little bit of a badass attitude, then you will make it.
