Garth Brooks, one of country music’s biggest icons, decides to bring his insatiable energy and magnificent performance to Indiana. Brooks was the 2016 CMA Entertainer of the Year. He was hailed as the number one selling solo artist in the history of the U.S. after he released countless hits such as Friends in Low Places, The Dance, The Thunder’s Rolls, Callin’ Baton Rouge, and Shameless.
In a recent news release, Brooks’ arranged performance in Indianapolis will be the country singer’s first in 21 years. His first and last appearance in Indiana was back in 1996, during a four-night stand at the Market Square Arena.
He is set to perform on October 7, Saturday, at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The show will start at 7:30 p.m. and Brooks’ wife and fellow country singer, Trisha Yearwood, will be joining him onstage. The couple had been performing for The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood since September 4, 2014. They chose Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana as their global tour’s final stop.
Upon hearing the news, fans are ecstatic to witness their idol, Garth Brooks, along with his lovely and talented wife, Trisha Yearwood, perform live and serenade them in a high-energy line-up of all their favorite hit songs from the artists. Ticket sales are also expected to be sold out in just a short while, just like how all Brooks’ previous concerts have been such huge blockbusters across all the countries where he previously performed.
Reportedly, the tickets will go on sale on the 25th of August, Friday, at exactly 10 a.m. There will also be a limit of 10 tickets per person. Before all service charges and seats will be sold as “best available”, tickets are priced at $60.66. Fans can purchase tickets by visiting ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks or by contacting Ticketmaster express through theses numbers: 1-866-448-7849 or 1-800-745-3000. Ticket purchasing is also available through the Ticketmaster app. The app is compatible with any mobile device.
