In an announcement last Monday night, September 30, the country star revealed that his shows, four of them, will be in Sanford, Florida.
The first stop in the Dive Bar Tour will be coming over the Barn in Sanford on October 16. For tickets, fans will have to try their luck as the only way to get them is by winning their way in bu listening to the local country radio stations.
Along with that, since the shows will be held in bars and are sponsored by Seagram’s 7 Crown, a kind of whiskey, all ticket holders should be at least 21 years old or older.
Garth Brooks and The Dive Bar Tour
Garth Brooks started the Dive Bar Tour last July 15. The first concert started in Chicago, Ill., which then made a stop in Bakersfield, California after a month. Later the tour made it to New Braunfels, Texas back in September.
Along with these three concerts and the upcoming stops in Florida, three other stops have accordingly been planned however there are no details yet on where these other stops are but will soon be announced by Brooks and his team.
The song “Dive Bar” was co-written by Garth Brooks, Mitch Rossell, and Bryan Kennedy. After watching Blake Shelton perform onstage during the 2019 ACM Awards back in April, Brooks decided to ask him to be part of the track.
The two are no strangers to each other at this point. Both stars have already worked together on The Voice back in 2016.
Apart from the Dive Bar Tour and other stadium tours, Garth Brooks has been working on other new songs; his album titled “Fun” has been teased since early 2019.
