Daniel Prayed: The Covered Song
“Daniel Prayed” is one of The Isaacs songs in their album, Living Years, released in 2013. It is a bluegrass/southern gospel song. The song talks about Daniel the prophet and how he prayed all day long, always trusting in God and his faith never ever shaking. If you can remember how they punished Daniel, this is the story of the song.
Here’s a brief preview of Daniel’s story, he was thrown into the lions’ den to be eaten because he didn’t want to serve man. But Daniel was not afraid, his faith grew stronger each day as he prayed to the Lord. Now if you feel like God is not around and you are scared, always remember Daniel and how he prayed to the Lord.
Here’s a beautiful song by The Isaacs, “Daniel Prayed.”
