An accomplished and bemedalled artist in her era, Crystal Gayle is not new to these words of praises. In fact, she comes from the Webb family, where talent runs in the family. Born Brenda Gail Webb, she is the younger sister of the legendary and county icon Loretta Lynn. Indeed, the great voice is already there before she was even born.
Following the footsteps of her sister, she has become a renowned songstress. Over the course of her career, she has accumulated 20 number-one hits. And on November 15, 2016, she became a member of the Grand Ole Opry.

In 1977, Gayle released “Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue” as the first single from her fourth studio album, We Must Believe in Magic. As not to be confused, Gayle has natural blue eyes in contrary with the title of the song.
