The 2019 Coachella line-up consists of the artists that have done very well in 2018. That includes country star and Grammy-nominated Kacey Musgraves. She stands proud as country music's representative in the all-genre Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival in Indio, California.
Musgraves is a top country music contender with a staggering four nominations for the 61st annual Grammy Awards. It would include a gracious nod to the night's most prestigious honor: Album of the Year for her "Golden Hour."
Her scheduled performances are set for April 12 and 19. Americana band "Hurray For The Riff Raff" will also perform on those dates.
The executive committee of Coachella dropped its tentative lineup last 2nd of January and to be fair, the music festival looks promising and exciting. The annual music festival will take place over two weekends: April 12-14, and April 19-21.
The headliners for the show would include Childish Gambino, Tame Impala, and Ariana Grande. While the billed acts are Janelle Monae, Solange, The 1975, Aphex Twin, and J Balvin.
This year's lineup is also a good eye-view on who to watch out for this 2019 and who are the big executives expecting to have a big year. What it means is that we might just see new albums coming from the headliners of the show. Artists like Childish Gambino, Tame Impala, Ariana Grande, Solange, and The 1985 have all teased that they have something up their sleeves that will come out 2019.
Both weekends will be streamed live via the festival's YouTube Channel. While passes for the event went on the market January 3rd.
But for those of you who wanted to grab yourself tickets, general admission passes have already sold out, and it did so in just 40 minutes of its release. Event promoter Goldenvoice has since declared that there is a limited number of additional tickets that will be available for purchase by residents of Coachella Valley in early February.
