Chris Young Attested His Old Soul Blood In “Gettin’ You Home”

Chris Young

In a short span of time, Chris Young has proven us that he has accomplished more than some other rising artists have. Young is already a Grammy-nominated country artist, a vibrant performer, and a brilliant songwriter. These are the proofs of how talented he is. With the songs he creates and the stories he shares, indeed, Young is the country artist we are looking forward to.

Furthermore, if there are a few country artists embracing the roots of country and showing faith and patriotism, Chris Young is definitely one of them. It can be regarded through the singles he created and the music style he clinches. Chris Young, a perfect entertainer with the heart of an old soul.

The real and soulful country in him, running through his blood merely shows on his singles such as “Voices,” “The Man I Want To Be,” and “Getting’ You Home.” I’m pretty sure he will continue making music with the help of his real country structures.

Getting’ You Home…

Kent Blazy,  Cory Batten, Chris Young himself are the songwriters behind the words and lyrics of “Gettin’ You Home.” It was released in February 2009 under Young’s album “The Man I Want To Be.” The song has been documented and certified platinum. Also, the song was nominated for “Best Male Country Vocal Performance” at the Grammy Awards.
