The country star, known for hits like “Jesus Take The Wheel,” “Love Wins,” and “Southbound” is making waves as she releases something new. No, it’s not a song, but a book! Carrie Underwood is set to release a new fitness and wellness book that tells and teaches all about how to stay fit.
But before some of y’all scurry away at the thought of all that dieting and exercising, you may want to give the book a second thought. Unlike most fitness and wellness books that immediately pushes us into crash diets, over the top workout routines, and overall quick fixes, Carrie’s book will focus on helping us better our mindset in order to lead a more healthy lifestyle.
The country star’s book places more of its focus on helping readers make more meaningful decisions on our health choices that better fit our current lifestyle. It serves a sort of mindset training that would help us slowly put more healthy choices in our everyday life until we get used to it.
Carrie Underwood, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life
According to press releases, Carrie’s books, titled “Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life,” are set to hit the shelves of different bookstores at around March of 2020.
The book will allow readers to better understand Carrie Underwood’s own journey to optimal health. Her journey would include her passion for sports as a child, her story of having the pressure to look perfect after she won American Idol, all the way to her discovery of the importance of balance.
Best of all, it includes Carrie’s detailed explanation of the signature Fit52 workout made busy moms. The workout surprisingly doesn’t need a gym and can be done at home, a deck of cards is somehow involved but we will have to read the books to find out how.
In a statement released by People, Carrie Underwood explains why her first book is about fitness saying:
“Fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years, It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle.”
