It’s been over a week after the 2018 CMA Music Festival’s culmination and the stages that were heated up by various artists may have just subsided. But certainly, the glorious moments in the lives of the different attendees, artists and audience alike, are still fresh in their minds. Dierks Bentley was among the more than 350 performers who have rocked the country music fans throughout downtown Nashville. At the final night of the annual music festival, Bentley surprised the audience with an appearance by country icon Dwight Yoakam. While the attendees have already expected Bentley’s charming performances, his number with Yoakam came really as a surprise. The two performed the latter’s 1993 hit called “Fast as You.” Watch a short clip of them singing below.

Bentley’s Personal Victory
While delighting the audience with his charming performances, Bentley is likewise rejoicing for his personal triumphs. Last June 8, the second day of the annual music festival, Bentley’s much-awaited album The Mountain dropped off. Prior to this, he debuted the entire record at the festival’s opening. Among the re-awakening album’s tracks which he performed at the show include his current No. 1 single, “Woman, Amen.” His tourmates Brothers Osborne likewise joined him on stage for a live delivery of “Burning Man,” also a single from his album.
In an interview, the singer was obviously ecstatic with the experience he had during the event.
“This is the best CMA Fest of my life. I can’t believe that just happened. I need a drink, I need to calm down. This is crazy.”
