Y’all know and remember well that light, sweet, and melodic song from Alison Krauss, Baby Now that I’ve Found You? Well, that’s just a few of the beautiful songs that Krauss contributed to the world of country music. As a well-known American singer whose musical stardom skyrocketed after the release of her first solo bluegrass and country album, I’ve Got That Old Feeling, Krauss wowed the crowd with over a dozen albums of unique and tasteful music style.

Among her most notable works include Forget About It, I’ve Got That Old Feeling, Too Late to Cry, and Different Strokes. Apart from her victorious solo career, Krauss also did well as part of a band called Union Station. Throughout her career, she received numerous awards from Bluegrass Music Association, CMT Music Awards, Gospel Music Association Awards, and even the prestigious Grammy Awards. Krauss also shared her talent in acting—having appeared in countless television shows like Eight Crazy Nights, Down from the Mountain, Anabelle’s Wish and even Sesame Street.

Her immense success was celebrated by fans worldwide, and now people are wondering what Alison Krauss has been up to.

27 years later, Alison joined several stage performances for her fans. It includes an exclusive one-night concert titled “Lead Belly at 125: A Tribute to an American Songster” at the Grammy Museum. The event was held to commemorate the artistic contributions of American music legend William Ledbetter.

In January of 2017, Krauss also joined fellow artists in performing for a show that honors Willie Nelson. Nelson received the Gershwin Prize for Popular song at that time, and the award was deemed as a prestigious lifetime achievement award from the Library of Congress. She serenaded the audience side by side with fellow country stars like Edie Brickell, Rosannne Cash, Neil Young, and Leon Bridges.

Her latest appearance to date was a special guest at Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic in the last Independence Day.
