We, human beings, make mistakes. We might not intentionally do it, but there are points that we tend to do it. The reasons behind our sins are temptations that could destroy the goodness within us. Then, we realize, it’s time for us to change and heal. We do this by praying and connecting with the highest almighty. Through him, we will be cleansed; our sins will be forgiven because there is “Power in the Blood.” He has the supremacy to exonerate us from our sins. Lend your ears; this hymn can help us change to a different and better direction. Alan Jackson justified the words and lyrics through his emotion and voice.
Power in the Blood…
The blood of Jesus can heal us and make us better people. Believers and people with a strong faith in Him can be saved. But, the reason why we are separated from Jesus is our sins. We remain distant because of the wrong deeds we keep on doing. Moreover, we can change by having a firm conviction. With this, we can enter his kingdom by the blood of Jesus.
“We have the confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus” (Hebrews 10:19).
We can do this through worship and prayers.
“Now in Christ Jesus, you who once were far off have been made near by the blood of Christ” (Ephesians 2:13).
Every person can make a change and can change no matter what. Even though we are already tainted with sins; Christ can cleanse our conscience. On the other hand, all we need to do is to embrace changes and God in our hearts. With this, we will be able to live in Christ once again. Do not think; you don’t have chances any longer. In the eyes of God, everybody has a chance. Now is the opportunity to be a better child of God. We are all burdened by sins and tarnished deeds, but there is still time to cleanse.
